The Pine Grove Church Trustees hold two services each year at the church:
Easter Family Welcome Service
Christmas Family Welcome Service
The Pine Grove Ladies meet at member's home once a month. Each year, they hold the following services at the church:
Spring Service
Thanks Giving Service on the 1st Sunday in October
The church was used in serveral episodes of the famous Canadian TV series "Road to Avonlea" (1989-1996).
